Pretty easy to use I mainly use it for eggs but this would be great for other things with a regular spatula I would accidentally break the egg of have trouble flipping it so this is has been super helpful!

Easy to flip the egg with this thing, I have only used it once so I don't know how it holds up un the long run.
Since there is no declaration of material used I guess it will give me big blue smelly balls, but at least that I'm used to.
And since i do not, as others in this thread, fry my eggs on 1000 degrees it did not melt.
